FarmBit's IR frames the venture as a Net Zero Distributed Energy-Computing Platform: AI/HPC servers are paired with greenhouse infrastructure, liquid cooling captures server heat, and that heat is reused for controlled-environment agriculture.

The product logic is direct: farms get a service layer for heating, monitoring, forecasting, scheduling, and energy optimization; companies, startups, universities, and research labs can access distributed GPU/HPC capacity without relying only on capital-heavy metropolitan data centers.

The available material includes IR work, deck records, QR/app screens, startup-support application records, and pilot-roadmap materials.

FarmBit turns the cost center of AI infrastructure - heat, cooling, power, and location pressure - into an agricultural energy asset and a distributed compute product.
